By accessing and using the Titanium Tones website (titaniumtones.com) or placing an order, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

All products are custom-fabricated titanium exhaust systems. Orders are accepted subject to product availability and our ability to confirm fitment for your specific vehicle.

Titanium Tones reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. You will be notified and fully refunded if an order is cancelled by us.

Product images are representative only. Actual products may vary slightly due to the nature of custom fabrication and titanium's natural iridescence.

All prices are in USD. Prices are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed. Titanium Tones is not responsible for pricing errors.

Sales tax may be applied based on your shipping address and applicable local laws.

We guarantee that our exhaust systems will fit your vehicle as described in the product listing. If a product does not fit your vehicle as specified (make, model, submodel, and year), we will:

• Replace the product at no charge, or
• Issue a full refund including shipping

The fitment guarantee does not apply if incorrect vehicle information was provided at time of order, or if the vehicle has been modified from stock specifications in a way that affects fitment.

Lifetime Warranty: All Titanium Tones exhaust systems carry a Lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery.

The warranty covers: welds, flanges, brackets, and material integrity.

The warranty does not cover: damage from improper installation, racing/track use, physical damage, corrosion from chemicals, or modifications to the product.

To make a warranty claim, contact hello@titaniumtones.com with your order number and photos of the defect.

Titanium Tones offers free shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States and most international destinations. Delivery times vary by location and product build time.

Custom-fabricated products typically ship within 3–6 weeks of order confirmation. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Titanium Tones is not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or events outside our control.

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns for reasons other than defect or fitment failure.

If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Some Titanium Tones products (catless downpipes) remove catalytic converters. It is your responsibility to determine whether such products comply with your local emissions laws. Titanium Tones is not responsible for any fines, failed inspections, or legal issues resulting from the use of non-compliant parts.

Catless products are intended for off-road or track use only in jurisdictions where catalytic converters are required by law.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, design, and product descriptions — is the property of Titanium Tones and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Titanium Tones shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product that is the subject of a claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
